How to register a free account

Register an account
01.
Download Northe in the App Store or Google Play.
02.
Open the app on your mobile and click on Profile.
03.
Press "Log In", then click on "Register".
04.
Fill in your data, such as name, password, and phone number, then press "Register". You will receive an email where you need to verify your account.
05.
Check your mail (if not in your inbox, check your spam), and verify your account.
Amazing, your account is ready to be used!

How to order and add a Charging Card

Order a Charging Card
01.
Open the app and go to Profile.
02.
Click on "Charging cards", and press "Order a charging card".
03.
Fill in your data and press "Submit".
04.
Check your email inbox for an order confirmation. Your card is on the way!
Add a Charging Card
01.
Open the app and go to Profile.
02.
Click on "Charging cards", and press "Add charging card".
03.
Scan the QR code on the backside of the card.

You may also connect the card by pressing "Use keyboard" and typing in the 8-digit code found on the back of the card.

How to add a credit card or payment method

Add a payment method

Open the app and go to Profile.
02.
Click on "Cards and Payments".
03.
Press "Add credit card", fill in your payment information, and click "Set Up".

How to use Multiple Accounts function (Billing Account)

The Multiple Account function lets you create and join one or more account(s) to share with your buddies. We call this a Billing Account, which allows multiple users to pay for their charging with one single payment card.

When creating a Billing Account, you will automatically get the role of "Admin", meaning you will be able to choose payment methods and the ability to invite and remove other users. 

For example, in a Billing Account, all charging sessions from different users will get debited to the credit card/payment method chosen by the admin user. Invited users that get added to the account will be able to keep track of the costs of their charging sessions, though only the admin will be able to access payment details.
Create Multiple Accounts (Billing Account) and invite users

Press “Cards & Payments” in your profile, and choose “Create New Billing Account”. Follow the instructions.
02.
Add payment method.
To invite another user to your multiple accounts, you first need to create a shared account, and add a payment method.
03.
Invite and remove users in the "Manage user". You will be able to keep track of charging details under "Charging History".

Join a Multiple Accounts (Billing Account)
01.
Click on the Profile button.
02.
Press "Accept Invitation" and fill in the code you've received in an invitation letter sent to your email address.

How to use the route planner

Use Northe's route planner
01.
Press the route planner button on top of the profile button.
02.
Select the address where you want to start your route. Available to choose your current location or to manually write your address.
03.
Choose the location you want to arrive at by pressing the "To" field, and fill in your destination.
Optional
04.
Change the Departure and Arrival percentages to let the app know how much charging percent your car is loaded with and what percentage you want to arrive with.
05.
Select the vehicle you're driving. The vehicle must be added to your Profile in "Vehicles". You can also choose the available default vehicle.
06.
Press continue, and the app will plan your route!
To get directions to each charging spot, press 'Navigate' and choose to open the route in Google Maps or Apple Maps.

How to log in

01.
Open the app and go to Profile.
02.
Choose whether you want to log in by Digital ID (Swedish BankID, NemID), Google account, Apple account, or your email address.
Is it possible to use different Digitals IDs to "Log In"?
‍Yes!

Available Digital IDs are; Google, Apple, and Swedish BankID (or NemID), choose the one that suits you the best!
