On the 25th of April, we are launching our platform in Sweden, Norway, and Finland – and we are also taking the opportunity to launch our new name and brand!

How does this affect you?

Do I need to download a new app?
Nope! It's the same app, just with a brand new look!

The change will be visible once you update the app on or after the 25th of April.
Do I need to create a new account?
No, you don't need to create a new account with Northe.

Your Charge4Go account will automatically register at Northe. You will have the same account and log in with the same account details.
Can I use my "Charge4Go"-charging card
No worries. We know it can be a hassle finding, restoring, or sorting receipts. We’ll help you with the best solution that fits you and your team.
What will be different in the app?
By updating the Charge4Go app in the App Store or Google Play, the app on your phone will change its name to Northe, and the app icon will change its look.

The Northe app will have new brand colors, a new logo, and a new app icon. However, the user interface will be the same as with the Charge4Go app, and you will charge in the same way as you charged with the app when it was called Charge4Go.

How can I find Northe?

App Store / Google Play
Until the 25th of April, our app will be named "Charge4Go" in the App Store and Google Play. After that, you will find the app called "Northe".
If you already have the app
By updating the Charge4Go app in the App Store or Google Play, the app on your phone will change its name to Northe, and the app icon will change its look.

Our support and contact email will be hello@northe.app
If you have previously contacted us at Charge4Go, no need to worry, we'll keep checking the old mail inbox so that we don't miss your message.

If we have an email conversation with you using the @charge4go.com, we will transfer the continuing conversation to @northe.app

Our new website will go live on the 25th of April and will have the domain northecharge.com
